Membership terms, conditions, holds and cancellations

Billing: All membership payments are direct debited via Wodify at the beginning of the membership period. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account. Should your payment fail Wodify will reattempt the debit daily until the payment is successful. Your membership may be suspended until successful payment has been made.

Refunds: All Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Renewals: All memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the membership period. 10 Pass Packs will automatically renew upon use of the last session, or not renew upon term expiry (12 weeks).  Any unused sessions upon expiry will not be refunded.

Membership Holds: CrossFit Innovation offers membership holds for a maximum of EIGHT (8) weeks.
We require no less than FOURTEEN (14) days’ hold period & no less than FOURTEEN (14) days’ notice before the hold start date.
*Holds are not available for 10 Pass Packs.

All membership hold requests MUST be submitted in writing; simply complete and submit the form below.

    Cancel Membership

    Membership Cancellation: Please note the following terms & conditions and understand that these are not flexible:

    1. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no less than FOURTEEN (14) days’ notice before your next scheduled membership billing date.
    2. In case of membership cancellation, no refund or credit will be given for days or sessions remaining in the current membership period.
    3. Should you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we sure hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
