HOLD POLICY
Members can place their membership on hold up to two (2) times per calendar year, for a maximum of eight (8) weeks each time. A minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice is required to activate a hold. Holds must be for a minimum of 14 days.
Your membership will automatically reactivate once the hold period ends, and payments will resume. If you resume your membership before the hold period ends, the hold will be lifted, and payments will recommence immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All membership agreements require a 14-day written notice to cancel. This notice must be provided in writing and will serve as your official 14-day cancellation notice. If a payment is due within the 14 days, it will be processed as scheduled. Memberships will terminate at the end of the final paid period. All payments are non-refundable. Any special membership rates or grandfathered rates will be forfeited upon cancellation, and returning members will be subject to current rates.
